Mollie Pugh
Mollie Started her career in B2B publishing over 20 years ago, back then she managed the content for a single site by the time she left in 2015 she had a portfolio of over 100 many of which she designed and built herself the first of which was in WordPress in 2004.
Forever a geek, her true passion was in people and relationship management so the move to the agency world happened almost naturally. She spent 3 years leading the Client Services team for Pragmatic in the UK, managing accounts for some global brands including Bacardi and Skyscanner. She was also a key member of the commercial team winning significant strategic new business as well as managing key partnerships , including our friends at WPEngine.
In 2022, Mollie joined 10up and is now the Director of Client Strategy in EMEA. Her role is split between new business and partner management as well as Account Management. She is currently working with, The Spectator, Hearst UK and Marie Claire Spain.
How WordPress delivers at scale for enterprise businesses continues to impress her.
When she is not working you might catch her running to clear her head or cooking up a feast. Her daughter (19) is at stage school with her sights firmly set on Broadway and her son (14) is a prolific bedroom gamer.
